Order Cancellations
Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
How to Cancel: Please email us at returns@sanjaryfurniture.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Note: After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds & Returns
We accept refund requests only under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue
2. Ineligible Refunds
Custom orders are made to your specifications and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or delays caused by third-party couriers.
Refund Process
Once approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.
